Putzing Around

I’ve responded to this prompt in the past. I enjoy playing video games in my free time. I also tend to putz around a lot in my free time. For example, what I’m doing right now I would consider this to be putzing around.

Just like yesterday, I’m having a difficult time waking up this morning. I even had a Starbucks Double Shot. I’m sitting here yawning and watching Good Morning America.

I saw the news segment, about the mudslides after hurricane Helene. It’s hard to see all of those people suffering. Now they’re doing the segments where they sell items. I think I’ve spoken on this before in a previous blog post. It’s frustrating. I’m just trying to stay up-to-date on the news and they’re trying to sell me sports bras.

Oh well, that’s the kind of world that we live in, right?

When I was a young kid, I think I was in preschool. The teacher taught us that the programs on television are just meant as fillers for the commercials. I think about that often, and I think it’s more true than it isn’t.

Bubba seems just as restless as I am today. He can’t seem to sleep. He keeps moving around and changing positions. I think he’s picking up on my restlessness. I think I might go for a walk or something. It looks like it’s going to be a nice day if not a little chilly. Perfect temperature for walking. I’ll probably post again later.
