I brought Bubba, my cat, in to get neutered today. Everyone keeps telling me it’s a good thing but I’m really worried about it. I’m trying to remind myself that it’s a routine procedure. It’s just really hard being away from him, and knowing that he’s in an unfamiliar environment. I can pick him up between 3 and 4:30 this afternoon. I’m thankful that they don’t need to keep him overnight, but regardless today is going to be a long day as I wait to pick him up. I’ll just spend today asking the universe to take care of him and keep him safe.
There are a few other things that I would like to do today. I had my friend look over my resume, and from what he said it does need a lot of work. I designed my most recent resume myself, but I have a hard time finding the right words to use on a resume. I tried to use AI to revise it but I think the AI dropped the ball on this one. Then again, I was using ChatGPT 3.5 and I now have access to ChatGPT 4.0. I wish there was a free service where you could have a trained professional review your resume for you.
I’ll just try to keep busy today and hope that helps the day go by faster. I may end up posting a bunch today, just a fair warning.

Check your state’s website to see if they offer any kind of career assistance. Some states have a career center where you can go and get resume reviews, tips, etc., and it usually doesn’t cost anything.
