Who are your favorite artists?
Recently, I read a blog post about Van Gogh. It would be impossible for me to find the blog post in the sea of blog posts, but it was interesting to learn how he never experienced fame while alive. Well, not so much interesting as it was sad to learn.
An artist I’ve always loved has been Lady Gaga. I know she’s somewhat controversial, but I could pick worse. Stevie Nicks has been coming up into my awareness a lot lately. Like the universe has been wanting me to listen to her music.
I decided to put Stevie Nicks on while I write this blog post. My friend Amanda is playing Kingdom Hearts III on my PS5. The graphics are really quite good for cartoon characters! I know nothing about the game, but it’s entertaining to see Disney characters periodically. There’s artists at Disney, I don’t know if I would I classify them as my favorite although Disney films were a big part of my life.
Now I’m listening to my liked songs on Spotify, of which there are over 1,700. I’m also using the AI shuffle feature, that mixes in songs that aren’t on my playlist. It’s shown me some interesting songs.
